As a Content Writer – Social Media Manager at Ordrio, you will play a pivotal role in our digital
marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and analyze trending social media
activities across various platforms, and then craft compelling content that aligns with these trends. You
will be instrumental in enhancing our brand’s online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
– Stay up to date with the latest trends, topics, and conversations on social media platforms.
– Monitor trending hashtags, challenges, and discussions to identify opportunities for content creation.
– Analyze social media metrics and user engagement to determine what content performs best.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that leverage trending topics.
– Write and edit high-quality, engaging, and shareable content for various social media channels,
including but not limited to blog posts, articles, infographics, and video scripts.
– Craft catchy headlines, captions, and call-to-actions that resonate with our target audience.
– Ensure that all content adheres to our brand voice and guidelines.
– Optimize content for SEO and social media sharing.
– Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create multimedia content.
– Track and report on the performance of social media content and adjust strategies as needed.
– Stay current with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend new
opportunities for engagement.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role with a focus on social media.
– Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
– Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to interpret social media metrics and analytics.
– Creative thinking and the ability to generate content ideas.
– Proficiency in SEO and keyword optimization.
– Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
