Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop and design, or provide support for, a wide variety of creative marketing solutions, such as websites, advertising, magazines, posters, mobile apps, displays, corporate communications and corporate identity efforts.
  • Support the maintenance of archiving assets, photos, printed projects, and marketing materials.
  • Regularly update the company’s website.
    Interpret data and research to be more digestible through illustration, typesetting, or charts.
  • Generate creative ideas that work across all platforms
  • Manage creative marketing requests.
  • Manage creative samples and promotional items, estimate sizes and quantities, and determine time and costs for creative marketing solutions.
  • Support corporate and customer events, meetings and tradeshows.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of effective user interfaces across a range of client websites and mobile apps.
  • Ensure complex information is delivered and displayed in the most compelling way.
  • Manage and maintain a library of design components.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed UI design style guide for use across the agency.
  • Conduct and report back on UI design reviews for all clients on a quarterly basis.
  • Work with the Digital Analytics Manager to assess the impact of all UI design and usability changes.
  • Work with the UX Design team to ensure all client sites and apps deliver the best experience possible.

Skills Required:

  • Talented UI/UX Designers to create amazing user experiences.
  • Highly skilled graphic artist, both conceptually and tactically.
  • Experience with responsive design
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML5/XHTML, CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Experience, Skills And Qualifications

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent with experience/knowledge in Flutter App Development.
  • Must have built at least two Android/iOS apps with Flutter or Hybrid Framework.
  • Must have a solid oops concept.
  • Have working experience with the dart.
  • Proven working experience in software development.
  • Working experience in mobile development.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience working in an agile development process.
  • Be proficient in using version control and continuous integration, with tools such as Git and Jenkins.
  • Write clear, maintainable and testable code that you are proud of.
  • Teamwork, leadership, self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of marketing strategies for the multiple categories, in which you make use of the full marketing mix
  • You will determine, initiate, implement and evaluate this marketing approach, focused on short term, as well as long-term activities.
  • Responsible for the local market, competition and consumer analysis that help you determine your marketing strategy.
  • Responsible for product marketing and marketing communication management with central brand and media team.
  • Propose, analyze, summarize consumer and shopper research to drive insights
  • Work cross-functionally with category managers and leaders to guide and support the development of marketing plans to support their business goals.
  • Be a thought leader and work closely with local business leaders to create the strategy for our Indian customer.
  • Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules and execution of marketing campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in marketing strategy development, managing pan-India projects with multiple stakeholders and show proven expertise in performance measurement and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience developing consumer pan–India campaigns, showing success in driving new or existing product awareness and consideration in both established and developing markets.
  • A proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans that are creative, engaging, testable, and highly analytical, for both new product launches and existing products and services.
  • Management skills leading both high performing direct and indirect reports and internal clients, across campaign management, media management, channel management etc.
  • Strong data driven marketing skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate findings into actionable customer insights and powerful marketing programs.
  • Highly effective written skills honed to develop thoughtful, strategic and detailed documents that can persuade Sr leaders of the effectiveness of the team’s proposed creative executions.
  • Effective problem-solver and strategic thinker; demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to persuade senior leaders and stakeholders
  • An Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field is preferred
