Growth Strategy Manager

The Growth Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive channel sales strategies to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth through our channel partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in channel sales and marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and evaluate potential clients, channel, implementation & affiliate partners to expand market coverage.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Partner Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel, implementation & affiliate partners.
Develop partner programs and incentives to motivate and drive partner performance.
Provide ongoing support and training to partners to ensure their success.
Sales Enablement:
Create and Manage Sales team network, aligning the resource management plan with the company’s growth strategies
Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including product training, sales tools, and marketing collateral.
Conduct regular partner performance reviews and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Market Expansion:
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate and expand in those markets.
Work with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on channel sales performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
Analyze sales data and trends to measure the effectiveness of channel strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel strategies with overall company goals.
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless communication and coordination between internal teams and channel partners.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or related roles in the [industry] industry.
Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and trends to develop effective strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
